Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your pickleball gear.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the original tags and protective covers are included with the product.

  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
